Nokia power changes:
- bugfixed: DCT4 bootstrap on HTI
- bugfixed: SL3 NCK cipher calc
- added: Optional SX5 program numer used to create NCK



How to update:
1. Goto Options->Module
2. Select "Nokia Service Tool" -> Update
